One of my first ever workshops was with Judith at East Clare Yoga - by the end of that weekend I knew I wanted to become a yoga teacher - Judith is the best mix of experience and wisdom and intelligence - I am so delighted to kick of 2019 with Judith doing a New year intensive.
Judith is a lifelong student of yoga, and brings to her teaching a wealth of knowledge and experience balanced with humour and compassion. She continues to develop her own practice and understanding of yoga and regularly attends workshops, seminars and intensive courses with the world's greatest teachers in Britain and abroad, including RIMYI the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. Judith obtained her Senior Intermediate Certificate in 2008.

The Schedule for the Workshop is:
Thursday 3rd Jan - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 4 to 6 pm
Friday 4th Jan - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 4 to 6 pm
Saturday 5th Jan - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 4 to 6 pm
Sunday 6th Jan 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
The Cost of the Workshop is 250 euros. To reserve a mat please fill out the form below and a 75 euro non- refundable deposit is payable - I will email you the bank details when I get your form. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
If you require accommodation for the workshop I highly recommend using any local Airbnb's or the Kinvara Guesthouse - good value a high standard and a great location 5 minutes walk http://kinvaraguesthouse.ie
We will go out for lunch each day (not included) and the studio will be shut between classes. If you prefer to do your own thing for lunch of course feel free.
