OPENING MID JUNE
I AM BEYOND EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE OPENING OF MY SECOND PILATES REFORMER AND THE REST - STUDIO IN BRIARHILL SHOPPING CENTRE.
WE WILL BE OPENING UP MID JUNE
This plan has been brewing for a while and now its coming to fruition. Myself - Suzie Dodd, Tracy, Amy and Síle make up my team that will bring your bod to the happy place. We are all obsessed with Pilates and will give you 150% in every class. If you would like to know more about the team click here
What are we going to be teaching here in Briarhill?
Phase 1 : Top quality true to the classical method of Pilates Reformer classes. We are starting by offering Open Level Classes to introduce beginners and students who may have done some reformer. We will also offer Next Level Classes for those students who have done over a year in Reformer and want to move ahead in their practice. We will be running a Weighted Series Class which will utilize weights in the class - this class is a more contemporary ozzie style.
Phase 2: Adding the tower - not attached to the reformers but proper on the wall towers, with proper classical mats. I am beyond excited to offer this as you learn so much from a tower. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard of it - its another piece of apparatus from the Pilates Method and just serves to connect you even more into your centre.
Phase 3 - Adding more team members and more classes and Wunda Chair group classes. Again this is another piece of apparatus - I couldn’t resist going all out on this studio. If you’ve never been on a chair you are in for a treat. Think mini-reformer and more.
