IRISH PILATES CONVENTION 2025

Calling all Pilates Enthusiasts

Whether you are a newbie to Pilates and you just can’t get enough of it or you are a seasoned practitioner or teacher we hope you will come to the inaugural Irish Pilates Convention on March 22nd 2025 at the Radisson Blu Limerick. There is an option to attend the Sunday as a teachers day see below.

And on top of all that there will be a great lunch and opportunity to meet and mix with Pilates students and professionals from all counties in Ireland. We want this to be an all inclusive event with one powerful message - Pilates is for Everyone.

Between the workshops there will be an opportunity to see some of the lesser known equipment of the Pilates Method - A Spine Corrector, A Ladder Barrel, A Cadillac and a Wunda Chair - there will be demonstrations and the chance for some students to have a go. Plus think of the photo ops.

Myself - Suzie Dodd and Claire Halpin of Reformer Pilates Nenagh - are looking forward to meeting you in Limerick where we will hundred, roll down and swan ourselves silly for the day.
