Give yourself a whole day to welcome the new year - in yogic style
The basic format of the day is as follows:
We begin the day by easing in gently - opening shoulders, releasing necks, lengthening tight leg muscles - an hour class followed by tea/ coffee - good quality and loads of don't worry - plus healthy but tasty power balls.
We return to our mats and continue on our yogic journey - going deeper into our bodies and learning some great asanas and new approaches.
What people say:
" I loved every minute of the retreat, I'd never thought I could do yoga for a whole day - but Suzie had the day so well prepared it just flowed from 10 to 5 in a breath

The Lunch - we will keep the food very tasty but light and nutritious - so as not to have a heavy feeling for the afternoon class - soup, salads, tea and coffee - a sugar free delicious dessert will complete our lunch.
If you have allergies let me know.
What people say about the food:
" The lunch was out of this world - delicious and nutritious . I never realised healthy food could taste so good.
After Lunch we will go for a refreshing and energising walk to assist the lunch to digest - weather permitting if its raining bring a brolly - we will hit the flaggy shore and let the sea air freshen you up - for the afternoon. So bring some warm clothes.
We return to our mats around 3.30 and round off the day with a restorative and relaxing class - learn asanas that take the stress out of the body and mind- in this class we travel inwards and experience the equanimity and tranquility that yoga brings.
What people say
" I felt like a new woman in a new body after the last mini retreat - keep me a place in the next one!
