Terms and Conditions when attending the Yoga Lounge in Clarinbridge

Class attendees will pay per term of 7 consecutive classes - 105 euro including vat - if you cannot attend your class the class is forfeit. There will be no refunds or transfers to other classes. However you can gift your class to a friend - but please let me know in advance. In the following months there will be more classes and there will be the option to move between classes but for now with a small schedule and a limit of 12 students this is the only practical solution. You are very welcome to swop with a student from another class.

Suzie Dodd has the right to change or cancel a class, including the description of the class, the teacher and the content of the programme, as a result of changes beyond her control.

Suzie Dodd is not responsible and accepts no liability for any damage or theft of your vehicle when parked at the studio. Students take full responsibility for their cars, valuables etc when coming to the studio.

Suzie Dodd is not responsible and accepts no liability for any accident occurring when driving in or out of the studio. Please be careful driving out especially - do not cross the road but turn left and turn in the Bridge Centre roundabout to be safe. Please leave the studio quickly so that the next group can come in off the road easily.

Refunds

  1. Class Passes cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged - they can be transferred between persons.

  2. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons. Gift Certificates may be used for any class.

  3. Once payment for class or workshop has been made, and a refund is due as a result of timely cancellation or Suzie Dodd cancellation of class or workshop, refund will be processed within 48 hours.

  4. Suzie Dodd is not responsible for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other classes or products.
