Terms and Conditions for attending the Irish Pilates Convention March 2025

• Once you have purchased a ticket it is non-refundable - it is however transferable ie - you can gift it to someone else and we will allow them to attend.

• Every student will bring their own mat to the convention.

• All exercise involves some risk - as an attendee you acknowledge this and take full personal responsibilities for your own safety and well being. As there are going to be 250 attendees it is impossible for the teacher no matter how experienced to know each person’s individual needs or to modify for specific issues. If you have any injuries or pain please do not attend. This convention is for students with healthy bodies and no known pathologies.

• Suzie Dodd or Brooke Siler are in no way responsible if you injure yourself at the convention. This is event is for people in complete health.

• For marketing purposes there will be photography at the convention - by accepting these terms and conditions you allow Suzie Dodd and the Irish Pilates Convention to use any photographs taken, on their social media and on the website. These images remain the assets of Suzie Dodd and the Irish Pilates Convention.

• There is no photography or videos allowed during the classes. Outside of the classes no problem.
