Mixed Level Iyengar Yoga Workshop the Wild Atlantic Way in the beautiful seaside village of Kinvara with Aisling Guirke
Aisling is Ireland’s most Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, having been awarded the Senior Intermediate Level III certificate.
She has made many visits to India to receive direct tuition from the Iyengar family, and organises frequent workshops bringing Senior Iyengar yoga teachers to Ireland.
Aisling established the first Iyengar yoga teacher training course in Ireland in 1993 and has been teaching Introductory and Intermediate teacher training since then in Dublin at the Crumlin Yoga Centre, where she has overseen the certification of numerous new Iyengar Yoga teachers and is a qualified assessor.
Aisling has a warm style of teaching that puts her students at ease while encouraging each student to work to their potential.
The format of the workshop will be as follows:
Saturday:
Yoga Class - 10am-12pm
Break for lunch - 12-2.30 - we will go out for lunch up to a local cafe and have a walk in the Burren - bring warm clothes - If you prefer to do your own thing at lunch please feel free - as its not included in the price of the workshop. The studio is closed during lunch.
Yoga Class - 2.45 - 4.45pm
Sunday:
Yoga Class - 10am-12pm
Break for lunch - 12-2.30 - We will go out for lunch again and have a walk by the Wild Atlantic Way. If you prefer to do your own thing at lunch please feel free - as its not included in the price of the workshop. Again the studio is closed during lunch.
Yoga Class - 2.45 - 4.45pm
Home time - completely refreshed and ready for the week ahead !
The cost of the workshop is 110 euro - a non refundable deposit of 50 euro is required to hold a place.
