Mary began her inquiry into yoga in the early 1980's and found her first Iyengar Yoga teacher in January of 1990. Since then she has been teaching and studying like myself - once you’ve got the bug you’ve got it. Mary has been to Pune many times and trained with the best of the best. I feel very fortunate to have her come and share her expertise in Galway at the Yoga Lounge, Clarinbridge. Yoga pedigree aside Mary is just such a vital and lively person and brings fresh air and humour to yoga - I just love the way she teaches.

Fri 27th Sept 6:30 -8:30 pm - Cost 45 plus vat
Sat 28th Sept 9.30 -12 pm - Cost 55 plus vat
Sat 27th Sept 2-4 pm - 45 euros plus vat
Sunday 29th Sept 9.30 -1 pm - 70 euros plus vat
The cost of the workshop is 190 plus vat for the full weekend. A 50 euro non-refundable deposit is payable to book a mat. You can also just do one or a few of the times. This workshop is mixed level - one year experience advisable. Lunch is not included - we will go out for lunch and the studio will be closed between classes. This workshop will boost your practice and inspire you in so many ways as Mary is so well trained and has been to so many teachers in Pune, The UK and Europe.
